GAEL MURAMOTO has a background in electronic and print media. Her articles and poems have been published in numerous magazines and newspapers.

Her latest book
Poems of Emote . . . into Quantum's Float features lyrical musings -- complemented by color pictures -- that reflect her longtime interests in such subjects as the cosmos, the environment and Japanese American history.

A legacy grant from the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) inspired Gael to research Japanese American history, writing
Civil Character, Uncivil Circumstances: Dr. George Goro Muramoto. Documented with articles, letters and photos, her book highlights traditions and values that helped the Issei and Nisei to persevere, implanting an important legacy of community, character and achievement. (gm 2012)
